I'm an involuntary Squarespace user whose business domains were migrated without permission from Google Domains to Squarespace. My company site and employee emails are down, after me already spending hours trying to help them solve a problem of their own making.

They sent me emails asking me to update my payment method. But the email link to my dashboard for that same domain does not list the domain in question. Days of emails and chats with their customer "support" team - seven people so far - only resulted in a bunch of templated emails and chats with polite drones who say they can't help. I tried.

The only way I could think of to get a useful response from Squarespace, was to get a class action lawsuit going. Researching that, I found out how pervasively bad this is, how many other businesses and individuals are affected, and how deep the Squarespace hatred runs. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of businesses like mine that have been materially damaged by Squarespace's incompetence, and we will come together to explore our options.
